  • Damage: While our staff is trained to handle your belongings with care, accidents can happen. If you believe an item has been damaged during a cleaning, you must report it within 24 hours of service completion to allow us to properly investigate the issue. We reserve the option to repair or replace the item. We are not responsible for damage to items that were improperly installed, secured, or for pre-existing conditions or dmages due to normal wear and tear use.

  • Items of Value: Please put away or secure items of extreme monetary or sentimental value before our service.
